This document is a public offer to take part in Re.Mind therapy groups. By sending a request and paying for your place you agree to the terms set out here.
The services are provided by Anna Smorodinskaya, Osek Patur (VAT-exempt sole trader), Israel. The project operates under the name Re.Mind, website re-mind.live.
A place in a closed online psychological support group led by a professional facilitator. Each session lasts 90 minutes and takes place on Zoom. Group size is six to eight participants.
A group is not a course with an end date: it is a standing space in which a participant stays for as long as they see fit. The period of participation and of billing is the calendar month.
We are responsible for running the group, for the facilitator's qualifications and for the technical means of taking part. We do not guarantee any particular therapeutic outcome — it depends among other things on the participant's own involvement and cannot be promised in advance.
Every group is led by a professional chosen for their training, their experience, and the population the group is intended for.
The facilitator is responsible for holding the frame, for clear boundaries, and for creating a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
We may decline to accept someone if the group format does not fit their needs or could be harmful to them. In that case any payment already made is refunded in full.
If it becomes clear that the group is not the right setting for a particular participant's needs, we will try to help them work out what kind of support would suit them better.
Cancellation and refunds are covered in a separate document — "Payment, cancellation and refunds".
A sense of safety comes in part from steadiness and predictability.
We ask participants to arrive on time, to attend as regularly as they can, and to let the facilitator know in advance if they cannot come.
That way every participant can know there is a stable frame, and that the group and the people in it can be relied on.
A session missed at the participant's initiative or for their own reasons is not grounds for a refund of that session or for recalculating the monthly fee: your place in the group and the infrastructure of the meeting are held for you, and the facilitator and the group meet their obligations.
If a session is missed through illness and a medical certificate is provided, we can offer a one-off place in a parallel group on the same theme so that the missed session can be made up — subject to such a group running and having a free place.
If a session does not take place through our fault — the facilitator falls ill, or our technology fails — we hold it at another time or reduce the following month's charge by the cost of the missed session.
What is said in the group stays in the group.
Participants undertake not to share outside the group any personal details, stories or information disclosed by other participants.
Recording sessions, taking screenshots and passing on content from the group are not permitted.
How we ourselves handle confidentiality, and the exceptional cases in which the law requires us to act otherwise, are described in the "Privacy policy".
For a therapy group to become a place where people can genuinely speak, every participant needs to feel safe, respected and protected. That is why all Re.Mind groups are built on a few clear principles.
Our aim is to create a space where people can talk about things that are hard to talk about elsewhere — without fear of judgement, of exposure, or of what they say being misused.
The frame, the confidentiality and the rules are not a formality. They are what allows the group to become a genuinely safe place.
Everyone comes to the group with their own story, their own pace and their own way of experiencing things.
You do not have to agree with everything that is said, but treating others with respect is required.
We avoid judgement, humiliation, personal attacks, pressure to disclose, and any attempt to "treat" other participants.
Nobody has to say more than feels right for them.
You can take part, listen, open up gradually, and keep your own personal boundaries.
Our aim is not to push anyone into disclosure, but to create conditions in which people feel safe enough to be present and authentic.
In case of a serious or repeated breach the facilitator may remove a participant from the group. The amount paid for sessions in the current month that have not yet taken place for them is refunded.
Registration for teenage groups is only made through a parent or legal guardian. The parent submits the request, consents to the child's participation and makes the payment.
A parent may withdraw consent and end their child's participation at any time. The content of the sessions remains confidential even then: the facilitator shares with the parent only what concerns the child's safety.
The texts, design and materials of this site, together with handouts used in groups, belong to the Re.Mind project and its authors. They may be used for your own participation, and may not be republished, sold or used commercially without written permission.
We may change these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new revision date. For a month already paid for, the version in force at the time of payment applies.
The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the State of Israel. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are heard by the competent court at the service provider's place of business.
