Therapists who listen. People who understand.
Re.Mind offers emotional support through therapy groups and support groups focused on mental health, coping with crisis, and emotional and social adaptation.
Our model is built on internationally accepted principles of group psychotherapy and peer support. It is adapted to a reality of sustained stress, uncertainty, and the social and emotional challenges of our time.
A group is not a course with an end date. It is a standing space you can stay in for as long as it remains meaningful and useful: some participants stay a few months, others far longer. The value comes from continuity, which is why participation is paid for by the month rather than by the single session.
When the life you knew falls apart and it is not yet clear how to build it again.
The world around me has changed, the familiar rules no longer work, and inside there is fear, emptiness and uncertainty about what tomorrow will bring.
Crisis and changeA closed space for those who came back from reserve duty and find that what they went through cannot always be put into words at home.
Yesterday you were making decisions under extreme conditions. Today you are expected to go back to routine, to your family or an empty flat, to work and to the supermarket — as if nothing had happened.
Reservists (Miluim)Separate groups for men and for women, giving the separation process a safe and focused space.
The family that once seemed settled and stable is changing. How do you get through the separation without losing yourself, how do you protect the children — and how do you begin to build a new life?
DivorceA space without lecturing or judgement, where you can talk, feel and be who you are. Registration is handled by a parent.
Nobody understands me. Inside there is a whole storm, and outside there is school, parents, friends, grades, social media and expectations. And sometimes even the person looking back from the mirror suddenly feels unfamiliar.
Teenagers 11–16An adapted, accepting space where a different way of thinking, feeling and experiencing the world is not treated as a flaw.
The world expects me to understand and adapt to rules that are not always clear to me — and it is exhausting.
Teenagers on the autism spectrumIn a world where more and more therapeutic work is moving into large webinars and anonymous digital courses, we choose a different direction. Each group holds only six to eight people — an intimate space where everyone has room, and every participant can be seen and heard.
Groups are led by experienced professionals from psychology, group psychotherapy, psychodrama, art therapy, counselling and education. But support does not come from the facilitator alone: beside you sit people who know part of the experience from the inside. That meeting can ease the loneliness, the shame, and the thought that "it is only like this for me".
We do not offer a "general group that suits everyone". Every Re.Mind group is built around a particular situation, life stage or defined need. That way you enter a space where the others already understand a significant part of the context — without having to explain everything from scratch each time.
We do not only talk. Depending on the character of the group and the needs of its participants, the work can draw on psychodynamic tools, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Adlerian psychology, art therapy, therapeutic cards, experiential exercises and projective techniques.
Fear, confusion, sadness or uncertainty can be natural responses to unnatural situations. Meeting people going through something similar helps you see that you are not the only one living this.
Sometimes it is through someone else's story that we finally see something about ourselves we could not see before. The group opens new perspectives and widens the range of ways to cope.
A group is a microcosm of the world outside it. Inside a protected space you can try out new ways of relating: setting boundaries, asking for help, extending trust, and being present with others more authentically.
This is not one-off help at a moment of crisis. Over time a steady framework can form — people, relationships and tools that stay with participants between sessions too.
